Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after this cutoff will be processed the following business day.
While we work to ship orders as quickly as possible, same-day shipping is not guaranteed and may vary based on order volume, inventory availability, or carrier pickup schedules.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship from within the United States using carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
- Standard Shipping: Typically 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Delivery Estimates (Not Guaranteed)
Delivery timeframes shown at checkout or in tracking are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Transit times may be affected by:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- High shipping volumes
- Service interruptions
Primo Workz does not guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed off to the carrier.
Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories may require additional transit time and may incur higher shipping costs.

International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries.

Duties, taxes, and import fees are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, any return costs or losses incurred will be deducted from the refund.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect movement within the carrier’s system.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lost or Stolen Packages
Primo Workz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered.
If your package is marked delivered but not received:
- Check with neighbors or others at the delivery location
- Contact the carrier directly
- File a claim with the carrier
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery
- Include photos of the product and packaging
We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order
Split Shipments
Orders may ship in multiple packages depending on inventory location or availability.
If this occurs, separate tracking numbers will be provided.
