What kind of margins can I expect?
Primo Workz dealers receive strong wholesale margins backed by strict MAP enforcement. Exact pricing depends on product category and volume, but all SKUs are structured for consistent sell-through and healthy profitability.
What is the opening order requirement?
The minimum opening order is $1,000 wholesale. Reorders start at $500. This helps us ensure stocked shelves, proper displays, and a strong customer experience from day one.
How fast do you ship?
Most orders placed by 2 PM CST ship the same business day. Larger pallet orders may require 1–2 business days. All shipments originate from our U.S. warehouse for quick delivery.
Do you enforce MAP pricing?
Yes. We strictly enforce MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) to protect dealer margins and keep the marketplace healthy. Accounts violating MAP may be suspended or closed.
Can I sell Primo Workz products on Amazon, eBay, or other marketplaces?
No. Unauthorized third-party marketplace sales are not allowed unless you receive written approval. This policy ensures our dealers keep fair margins and consistent brand representation.
Do you offer drop shipping?
Drop shipping is available to select partners only. Our primary model is stock-and-sell, which provides faster turns, higher margins, and better customer experiences.
What kind of training do you offer?
We supply a quick-start sales playbook, install demo guides, and staff training videos. Live Zoom sessions are available for larger teams.
Do you offer exclusivity by territory?
