How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days from our Virginia facility. You’ll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — all U.S. orders over $80 ship free. Orders under $80 are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to most countries. International shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout. Note: customs duties or VAT fees are the responsibility of the customer.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window on unused items in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, reach out to service@primoworkz.com as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Google/Apple Pay. Financing options may also be available at checkout.
I didn’t receive my confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam folder first. If you still don’t see it, contact us at service@primoworkz.com and we’ll resend it.
