I have a 6th Gen 4Runner and the door ledge is hard plastic so definitely uncomfortable to rest your elbow on. The Universal Armrest Max does provide good cushioning and improved comfort on long drives. I was a little disappointed in the quality however. The internal padding doesn’t extend all the way into the corners so instead of looking neat and squared off, the corners look folded in and sloppy. More attention needs to be paid to quality and sewing the corners so they look professional and not saggy. I wish I could post pictures to this review to show what I mean.
This arm rest literally solved all my current commute pain points. I no longer throw stuff into the shallow crappy storage areas in the car but into the cup holder or varying pockets!! Love it
I was unsure how it would stay on the door when I open and close it but it really does hole - no movement at all. I'm one who rests his arm on the door all the time so much so that the door panel is wearing, this solves that - even when I sweat and use it - you will not regret it al all, and get the add on accessory

I have an expedition max, and it so my fitting to get the armrest max! I’ve had the standard size black one for a few years now and it was great besides leaving me wanting more storage and room. Well they solved that. Leather feels great, I can put all my **** in it and it doesn’t fill it up. 2 phones, on a max version of the iPhone with a bulky case, leatherman, flashlight, keys, wallet, pens, you name it, it’ll fit. Great product that will have everything ready for you to grab when you need it.

Just got the canvas universal armrest in my 2017 F150, and I honestly don't know how I lived without it for so long. I kept putting off buying one, thinking they were only for Jeepers but it fits great in the fullsize trucks. The padding thickness is spot on, just enough to be comfortable for the elbow but not so thick as to raise the arm enough to fatigue the shoulder. I'm so very happy with it after putting it to real use my during the 2026 Coddiwomple Overland Patreon Ride this weekend.

This thing is super comfortable and looks great at the same time. I've been recommending it to anyone and everyone.
This is super picky but for some people this maybe what tips the scales. First off this is a GREAT PRODUCT!!!!! It feels great looks great and the leather arm rest really is worth it. Here is the "but" if you get the max with the cup holder on the driver side be cognoscente of the cup holder pocket and your left elbow especially if you are making any turns with just your left arm elbow. The left elbow tends to get caught in the cup holder. That is the only caveat to this product. I put it in my 2026 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon X

The max is a perfect fit
I didn't know how bad I needed this until I got it. The bronco doesnt have the best spot to place your arm when driving. I had a 14 hour road trip coming up and knew I wanted to try this out to hopefully create a comfortable experience. This suprassed my expectations! It was so comfortable for the 14 hour drive and the cup holder was a plus. This doesnt move or fall. Truly a game changer.

I picked up just one to see if it was actually worth the money. Little did I know, this thing was about to become one of my favorite road-trip upgrades!
I took it on a long road trip, and honestly, I was impressed. It’s comfortable, convenient, and just the right size—big enough to be useful without getting in the way. After a while, it becomes so natural that you barely even notice it’s there… until you don’t have it. 😂
And now, thanks to my wife, I apparently need to buy another one.
Why?
Because she liked mine.
Apparently, my “driver’s side only” setup was unacceptable, and now she wants one on the passenger side too. So congratulations—you’ve successfully turned one satisfied customer into a two-unit household! 😂
Seriously though, great product. It made the road trip more comfortable, and now my wife has claimed the passenger side.

I love this armrest from Primo Workz! It fits perfectly on my trucks door and is the perfect height for comfort! Soft, yet extremely durable and a worthy value! You cannot go wrong!!! I also added the pull in orange and my son wanted me to get the "Worlds Okayest Dad" patch! He was laughing and thought that was great!
